We make our pizza dough from high-quality stone-ground flour which has its nutritional values preserved. We raise it for 24 hours, which results in a lighter, more airy and healthier slice of pizza. Choose from different garnishes – classical or original – each day different according to our chef’s imagination.

Sicilian savoury deep-fried saffron rice balls stuffed with different fillings. We propose two classical arancini:
with beef ragù and peas (Arancino Rosso)
with ham and mozzarella (Arancino Bianco)
One vegetarian classic:
with ricotta cheese and spinach (Arancino Verde)
and one arancino of the week (Arancino della Settimana) which changes every week according to the season, festival, etc.
